Description

The Estonian Association of Spatial Planners was formed in the year 2002. It’s the only NGO in Estonia which encompasses spatial planners from different vocations and fields of practice – including geographers, architects, landscape designers, urbanists, ecologists, environmentalists and other interesting specialists.

The aim of the association is:

  • to elaborate and promote best spatial planning practices, systemisation and expansion of planning know-how.
  • to develop internal and external cooperation
  • to provide input into legislation
  • to enable regular communication platform
  • to issue certifications for professional planners
